Remember Omid Masoumali

Dear Prime Minister,

A year ago, Omid Masoumali died after a more than 24 hour delay in receiving medical treatment for severe burns. Omid was an Iranian asylum seeker in indefinite detention on Nauru. His wife saw him on fire. Omid's words before he poured petrol on himself were "This is how tired we are, this action will prove how exhausted we are. I cannot take it anymore."

A year later the refugees are still imprisoned on Manus Island and Nauru. Omid's widow is still in solitary confinement.

Where is your humanity? Where is justice?
