Dear Prime Minister,

Your announcement yesterday about resettling 'some' refugees from Nauru to US was vague. We are watching, and paying attention to every single man, woman and child on Manus Island and Nauru. Every single one, from first to last, must be treated with full respect and in full accord with the humanitarian laws. The DIBP has shown conclusively that it is the worst possible department or organisation to do any such task.

We are watching and listening on behalf of all asylum seekers. Be careful.
